How to order an item on Cha'Ska?

Nothing could be easier! You just have to add the desired item(s) in your cart.
If you have a discount code, don't forget to enter it.
Once you have finished shopping, you can proceed to checkout. Enter the requested information (email, delivery & billing address, delivery method and payment method). Your order is complete. You will receive an email confirming your payment (remember to check your junk mail), then another email within 24 hours informing you that your order has been processed.

Our E-shop works without a customer account
We made the choice of simplicity. It is not necessary to create an account to order one or more items on our e-shop. You just have to fill in your name and surname, your billing and shipping address, an email address and proceed to the payment by the means you wish.

I would like to cancel my order.

Contact us immediately by e-mail at David@chaska.fr with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel the order and reimburse you.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the goods to us if you wish by following the Returns procedure.

I would like to modify my order (size, quantity, delivery address).

Contact us immediately by e-mail at David@chaska.fr indicating in the subject line "Modification of Order". We will try to make the desired modification, provided that the package has not yet been shipped and that the requested product is in stock.

If your order has already been dispatched or if the requested product is no longer in stock, you can return the goods to us if you wish. See Returns and Refunds.

I can't pay my order

We are sorry for this inconvenience beyond our control! If you have already checked all the elements related to the payment process (correct card number, expiry date, creditworthiness of the account, accepted means of payment) please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at David@chaska.fr with the subject line "Payment Order". We will send you a personalized payment link.

Returns and Refunds

Are returns free?

That's right! If you change your mind, wish to order another size, another colour, or the item you received is not the right one or is damaged, simply write to us at David@chaska.fr indicating " Return Request " in the Subject line and we will send you a postage label to stick on your return package. Please follow the steps of the return procedure described below.

An item is missing or damaged upon receipt of my package, or there is an error on the product sent.

We apologize for the inconvenience! Whether it was a mistake on our part during shipment or damage during transport, we wish above all to bring you satisfaction.

Let us know as soon as possible, within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of your package, at the following address David@chaska.fr with the subject line "Delivery not in conformity". Please indicate the weight indicated on the label on the package and attach the completed Return Form to the email.

In the event of a Product deteriorated upon receipt, please also specify if the package seemed damaged upon receipt, and if possible provide us with a photo of the package and / or product.

Cha'Ska will provide you with a return number to be indicated on the Return Form, which must be slipped into the package and a prepaid Return Form to be stuck on your return package.

The missing or damaged item (threads pulled, packaging + product not worn, not retouched, not washed) will be sent back to you as soon as possible, after validation of the Return by CHA'SKA.

If the item is no longer available, we will proceed to the refund of the item. For more information, see the refund questions.

How will I get my money back?

You will be refunded in the same way as you paid for your order. That is to say on the account linked to your credit card.

Can I exchange an item?

The size doesn't fit? You want another pattern? Another colour? You change your mind?

If your purchase was delivered to you less than 15 days ago and the items have not been worn, used, threads pulled, washed and desetized, you can send them to us using the Return Form downloadable here.

We do not proceed to exchanges strictly speaking, it is necessary for you to send us back the article that we will refund you, and re-order on our site the one that interests you.

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Vous nous envoyez un courriel à david@chaska.fr avec en objet l’intitulé < Demande de Retour >, en joignant au mail le Formulaire de Retour complété.
  2. We will send you a return numberto be indicated on the Return Form and a prepaid Return Note.
  3. Within a maximum of 10 days from receipt of this e-mail, you must return the Product to us using the prepaid Return Form, enclosing a copy of the completed Return Form.
  4. Once your return has been validated by CHA'SKA, we will proceed to refund your item.

Delivery

What follow-up for my delivery?

For deliveries, we work with Colissimo. When your parcel is picked up by the postal service, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.

Can I be delivered abroad?

Delivery abroad and in metropolitan France

Certainly, our products know no borders.
We propose to our customers to deliver abroad in some countries, European Union, South America and United States by Colissimo International.
The possibilities of delivery, modalities and rates are indicated at the time of your order. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

I wish to make a gift. Will there be an invoice in my package?

The invoice related to your purchase is sent to you by email. The package does not contain a paper invoice. Thus, you are free to have one of our articles delivered without the recipient knowing its price.

Manufacturing

Where do the raw materials come from?

The raw materials we use to make our products are always produced locally, in the country of manufacture, in order to promote the local economy, enhance local know-how and limit our carbon footprint.

For payments we work with the Stripe platform which uses the 3D Secure payment protection system.
